2. What is your experience with quality engineering and risk management?

Stryker is a global medical technology company that produces orthopedic implants, surgical instruments and other devices. The interviewer may ask this question to learn about your experience with quality engineering and risk management in order to understand how you might apply these skills at their organization. In your answer, describe the specific tools or processes you used for quality control and risk mitigation.
