In my previous role, I was responsible for entering all client information into the system, including their contact information, financial history and investment preferences. Because of this responsibility, I became very familiar with Tangerine’s systems and processes, which makes me an ideal candidate for this customer service representative position.”

10. What was one of the biggest challenges you faced while working on a team project?

This question can help the interviewer understand how you work with others and your problem-solving skills. When answering this question, it can be helpful to mention a specific situation where you worked on a team project and faced a challenge. 19. What type of management style do you prefer?
