2. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

3. How would you go about getting more clients for Travelers?

Travelers Insurance is looking for candidates who can help the company grow its client base. Your answer should show that you have a plan to attract new customers and keep existing ones happy.

7. Have you ever been involved in a lawsuit? If so, how did it turn out?

8. How well do you work under pressure?

Example: “Insurance is an important part of protecting yourself and your family from financial loss. If you have ever had a car accident, you know how much it costs to fix or replace a vehicle. 16. Have you ever dealt with conflicting priorities at work? How did you manage them?

Travelers Insurance wants to know that you can handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize your work. Use this question as an opportunity to show the interviewer how you plan your day, manage your time and stay organized.

Example: “I have worked with several clients who needed my attention immediately, but I also had other clients whose needs were more urgent. In these situations, I would always make sure to respond to all of my emails within a few hours so everyone knew they could reach me if they needed anything. Then, I would focus on the client who needed help most urgently. Once I helped them, I would then turn my attention to the next-most urgent matter.”

17. How familiar are you with different types of insurance policies?

Travelers Insurance is a company that offers many different types of insurance policies, including auto, home and life. The interviewer may ask this question to see if you have experience with these types of policies and how they relate to the travel industry. In your answer, try to show that you understand what each policy covers and can apply that knowledge to working in the travel industry.

Example: “I’ve had my own car for five years now, so I’m very familiar with the process of getting an auto insurance policy. I also know that it’s important to get coverage from multiple companies because one accident could make me ineligible for certain discounts or even cause my rates to go up. Travelers Insurance has some great options for travelers who want to protect their belongings while on the road.”

18. How do you determine what risks should and shouldn’t be covered by insurance?

Travelers Insurance is looking for employees who can make informed decisions about which risks to cover and how much to charge customers. When answering this question, it’s important to show that you understand the basics of insurance and have experience with making these types of decisions.

Example: “I’ve worked in the travel industry for five years now, so I’m familiar with the different kinds of risks travelers face. For example, when working at a hotel, I would recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance because there are many reasons why a guest might need to cancel their stay. Example: “My previous employer would say that I’m a good fit for this job because of my ability to work well with others and solve problems on my own. In my last role, I was often tasked with handling issues that arose between customers and other employees. I always made sure to listen to both sides of the story before making any decisions about how to handle the situation.”
