7. What is your availability like?

It also showed me how important communication is in resolving problems.”

10. Tell me about a time you made a mistake at work, how did you fix it?

Employers ask this question to see how you respond to mistakes. They want to know that you are willing to admit your errors and learn from them. In your answer, try to be honest about the mistake you made and explain what steps you took to fix it.

Finally, I think it’s important to have a genuine interest in helping others because this can motivate you to provide excellent care.”

12. Would you be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening?

After getting fired, I realized that it was important to set an alarm on my phone so I could wake up in time for work. I haven’t been late since.”

16. How well do you work under pressure?

Working in a healthcare setting can be stressful, and employers ask this question to make sure you have the ability to work under pressure. When answering this question, it’s important to show that you are able to stay calm when things get hectic. Try to give an example of a time where you worked under pressure and how you handled it.

Example: “I am someone who thrives under pressure. I find that when there is a lot going on, I am able to focus more and perform my best. 17. How do you stay organized?
