5. Tell us about a time when you had to learn something new quickly in order to complete an assignment or project.

18. Give examples of ways you have used social media to build relationships.

Social media is a popular way to connect with others and build relationships. Employers ask this question to see if you have experience using social media for business purposes. Use your answer to explain how you used social media in the past to help you achieve work goals.

Example: “I use social media every day to stay connected with friends, family members and other people I know online. In my previous role as an IT specialist, I also used social media to build professional relationships. For example, I would follow industry leaders on Twitter and engage with them by asking questions about their latest projects. This helped me learn more about new technologies and find ways to apply them to my own job.”

19. Explain how data analysis can be used to drive business strategy.

This question is an opportunity to show your knowledge of how data analysis can be used in a business setting. Use examples from previous work experience or education to explain the importance of using data to make strategic decisions.
