7. Describe a time where there was conflict on a project, how did you handle it?

14. Tell us why you think you would be a good fit for this position.

Employers ask this question to see if you have done your research on the company and position. They want to know that you are genuinely interested in working for them, not just looking for a job. 18. Are you comfortable making cold calls to potential customers?

They want to know if you have a positive online presence, which is important for their company’s reputation. In your answer, share what social media platforms you use and explain why you use them.
