7. Have you ever worked on a project that didn’t go as planned? Tell me about it.

This question is a great way to see how you respond to challenges. It’s important that your answer shows that you can learn from mistakes and use them as opportunities for growth.

Example: “I once worked on a project where we were tasked with creating an innovative new product. I was so excited about the opportunity, but when it came time to present our idea, my team and I realized that we hadn’t done enough research. 9. If our clients asked us to change something, what would you do?
