When it comes to interviews, assessment questions can be some of the most difficult to answer. After all, you want to make sure that you are giving the interviewer an accurate portrayal of your skills and abilities.

To help you prepare for your next assessment interview, we’ve put together a list of sample questions and answers. These questions will cover topics such as your experience with assessments, your thoughts on the best ways to assess someone, and your own personal strengths and weaknesses.

1. What is an assessment?

An interviewer may ask this question to assess your understanding of the assessment process. This is a basic definition, but you can elaborate on it by describing an example from your experience.
