2. Tell me about a time when you had to make an important decision without consulting your manager. How did you handle it?

This question can help the interviewer understand how you make decisions independently and how you use your own judgment. Use examples from previous jobs to highlight your critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities and leadership qualities.

Example: “In my last position as a customer service representative, I had to handle several calls at once. One of the customers was upset because they didn’t receive their order on time. 3. What are some challenges that Athene has faced recently?

When answering, try to think of a time when you helped a customer solve their problem or answer their questions. Try to focus on the positive outcome of your interaction with the customer.

Example: “When I worked at my previous job, I had a customer who was having trouble logging into their account. They were frustrated because they couldn’t access their information. I asked them what type of device they were using to log in and if they remembered their password. After that, I reset their password for them and told them how to use it. Once they could log in, they thanked me and said they would be able to get back to work.”

18. What are some things that you look for when evaluating a financial product?

This question can help the interviewer evaluate your critical thinking skills and how you apply them to your work. Use examples from previous experiences where you applied your analytical skills to a financial product or service.

Example: “I look at several factors when evaluating a new financial product, including its fees, customer reviews and whether it’s available in my state. I also like to see if there are any additional benefits that come with using the product, such as discounts on other services or access to exclusive content. In my last role, I evaluated a new investment fund that was only available to accredited investors. The company offered a unique opportunity for investors to invest in real estate properties without having to manage the property themselves.”

19. We take pride in providing excellent customer service. Give an example of a time when you provided excellent customer service.
