CITYMD Interview Process

I apologized for the inconvenience and explained that we had other patients waiting to see a doctor too. I also offered to call them when it was their turn so they could get some rest until then. The patient accepted my offer and calmed down.”

2. What is your experience working in the medical field?

This question is an opportunity to share your relevant experience and skills. If you have no medical experience, consider sharing a similar work experience that demonstrates your ability to perform the job duties.

Example: “I worked as a nurse for five years at a local hospital before moving to this city. I am familiar with the challenges of working in a busy healthcare setting and know how to prioritize patients’ needs while maintaining efficiency.”

3. Where do you see yourself in five years?

Employers ask this question to learn more about your career goals and aspirations. When answering, it can be helpful to think about what you want to accomplish in the next five years. You may also consider how working at CityMD could help you achieve these goals.

13. If hired, what would be your approach to learning new software used by CityMD?

16. We want our employees to be able to work independently. Do you think you would be a good fit for that type of environment?
