Example: “I have led teams before in my previous role as a financial advisor at a local bank. In my last position, I worked with a small team of advisors who were all new to the company. We had to learn each other’s strengths and weaknesses while also learning our clients’ needs. After about six months, we became a well-oiled machine and could anticipate each other’s questions and needs. Our clients loved working with us because they knew we would always be there for them.”
