Two common positions are that of an executive pastor and a senior pastor. What is an Executive Pastor?

However, most churches require their pastors to have at least a bachelor’s degree in theology or a related field. Work Environment

Senior pastors typically work in a church building, often spending their days interacting with congregants and leading services.
