3. Describe the best team that you’ve ever worked on and why it was so successful.

This question is a great way to show your interviewer that you’re a team player and have experience working with others. It’s also an opportunity for you to describe the skills you use when collaborating with others on projects.

Example: “The best team I’ve ever worked on was my senior project team in college. We were tasked with creating a new app that would help people find nearby restaurants based on their dietary needs, like vegan or gluten-free options. Example: “I enjoy working in both fast-paced and slow-paced environments. I find that I am able to focus better when there isn’t too much going on around me. Eventually, I spoke with them privately and asked if there was anything I could do to help them feel more comfortable sharing their ideas. They told me they were nervous about being wrong and wanted reassurance that we would still respect them even if they made mistakes. After talking through their concerns, we came up with a plan where they could share their ideas without feeling like they were being judged.”

This helps me remember important details about the project.”

This meant that we needed to develop a new website with a completely different design.

I immediately gathered all of my team members together to discuss the situation.
