7. Do you have experience working with different groups of people.

While this meant I had to learn from other trainers and instructors, it also gave me the opportunity to work with clients of all ages. 8. Describe a time where you had to prioritize, how did you choose what comes first?

GoodLife Fitness is a large company with many different departments. The hiring manager may ask this question to see if you can prioritize your tasks and meet deadlines. Use an example from your previous job where you had to choose what was most important.

Example: “At my last job, I worked in the marketing department. We were launching a new product that required a lot of work before it went live. 11. Are you CPR certified?

It can take time to see results, so it’s important to stay positive and encouraging.”

17. If you were hired as a motivator, describe how you would motivate a group during a workout class.

I have always loved helping others reach their health and fitness goals, which is why I became a personal trainer in the first place. I also love the community aspect of this gym. 19. Have you ever worked at a gym before?
