Example: “I am definitely a motivated self-starter. I’ve always been someone who has had a strong desire to help others in need. In my previous role as an administrative assistant, I was responsible for managing many of the office’s social media accounts. I noticed that we were missing some key hashtags on our Instagram account, so I created a spreadsheet with all of them and began adding them to each post.”
