2. How would you improve our customer service?

Customer service is a vital part of any business, and the interviewer may ask this question to see how you would improve their company’s customer service. Use your answer to highlight your communication skills and ability to solve problems for customers.

I always strive to make sure every customer has an enjoyable experience with International SOS. 17. What is your experience working as part of a team?
