3. Tell me about yourself and why you are interested in working at Kering.

Example: “Customer service is one of the most important aspects of any job, but especially for a luxury brand like Kering. I believe that if you provide great customer service, then the rest will follow. In my last position as a sales associate at a high-end boutique, I was responsible for helping customers find the right outfit for special occasions. If they weren’t sure what color would look best on them, I offered advice and even brought out different colors so they could see which ones looked best.”

11. When was the last time you dealt with an unhappy client, how did you handle it?

13. How would you describe your leadership style?

15. How would you use social media as a recruitment strategy for the company?

Social media is a great way to reach out to potential candidates and show them what it’s like to work for your company. Use this question to explain how you would use social media to attract talent to the organization.

Example: “I think that using social media as a recruitment strategy is an excellent idea because it allows me to connect with people who are interested in working for Kering, but may not have heard of us before. I would create a Facebook page where I could post job openings and share information about the company. I would also use Twitter to engage with current employees and customers.”

16. What is your favorite brand and what makes it stand out from its competitors?

18. What do you think is the biggest challenge facing the fashion industry?

Example: “The biggest challenge facing the fashion industry is that it’s becoming increasingly difficult for brands to maintain their authenticity while also appealing to consumers who want affordable options. 19. If you were deciding whether or not to buy a new watch, what type of information would you look up before making a purchase?

This question is a behavioral one that tests your knowledge of luxury brands. It also shows the interviewer how you would interact with customers and help them make decisions about their purchases.

Example: “I would look up reviews from other people who have purchased the watch, as well as information on the brand’s reputation for quality products. I would also check to see if there are any discounts or sales available for this particular model.”

20. What is the best way to measure marketing ROI?

This question is an opportunity to show your expertise in measuring marketing ROI. Use examples from previous positions where you were able to measure the success of a campaign or project.

Example: “The best way to measure marketing ROI is by using customer lifetime value (CLV). This metric helps me understand how much revenue a customer will generate for my company over their lifetime. I use this information to determine which campaigns are most effective and whether they’re worth continuing.”
