4. Give an example of a time when you had to solve a problem that was not straightforward. How did you approach the problem?

6. If hired, how would you use social media to help promote our company and products?

Hubspot and Salesforce are two of the most popular platforms for marketing automation. Your answer should show that you have experience using these tools, but it’s also important to mention how your skills can benefit a company if they don’t use Hubspot or Salesforce.

Example: “I’ve used both Hubspot and Salesforce in previous positions. I find Hubspot is easier to navigate and more user-friendly than Salesforce, however, I am familiar with all of the features on both platforms. In my last position, we didn’t use Hubspot, so I learned how to integrate data from Hubspot into our existing system through Salesforce. This allowed us to access valuable information about our customers without having to pay for an additional platform.”

8. How long have you been working in sales?

This question is a great way to learn more about your experience and how you’ve grown in the field. When answering, it’s important to be honest about your experience level but also highlight any accomplishments or skills that have helped you grow as a salesperson.

Example: “I’ve been working in sales for five years now. I started out cold calling companies and trying to get them to buy our product. After a few months of doing this, I realized that I needed to find a better way to reach my target audience. So, I began researching different marketing strategies and found that social media was an effective way to reach people who were interested in what we had to offer. This led me to create a new strategy where I would post on social media platforms and then follow up with emails and phone calls.”

9. Tell me about a time where you were successful at getting a large gift and what your strategy was.

This question is a great way to see how you can apply your skills and talents to the company’s goals. When answering this question, make sure that you highlight what made you successful in getting the gift and how it helped the company.

Example: “I was working for a marketing firm when I got a call from one of our clients who wanted us to help them get more customers. They were looking for a new website design and wanted to know if we could create something that would attract more people. We worked with the client to come up with a plan that included social media advertising and search engine optimization. 10. What are some ways you can ensure that customers stay satisfied with our product?

19. We are looking for someone who will be able to close deals quickly but also build lasting relationships with clients. Which aspect do you prefer?
