7. Do you have any experience working with Agile methodology?

Agile is a software development methodology that focuses on creating and improving applications through frequent iterations. It’s common for employers to ask about your experience with Agile because it’s an important part of Mendix’s platform. If you have previous experience working with Agile, describe how you used the methodology in your work. If you don’t have any experience with Agile, explain what Agile means and why it’s beneficial.

16. Would you say you are more comfortable working independently or as part of a team?

This question is an opportunity to show your ability to work in a team setting. When answering this question, it can be helpful to mention how you enjoy working with others and the benefits of collaboration.

Example: “I would say I am more comfortable working independently because I like to take my time when completing projects. However, I also understand that teamwork is important for many aspects of business. 17. What is your experience with marketing?
