6. Describe a time when you had to deal with an upset client or customer.

Example: “In my previous role as a customer service representative, I had an upset client who called me on the phone because they were having trouble with their online account. After listening to them explain their issue, I realized it was a problem with their password rather than the website itself. I calmly explained this to them and helped them reset their password so they could access their account again.”

7. Have you ever been asked to complete a task that you felt was beyond your realm of expertise? How did you handle it?

9. What is your greatest strength/weakness?

19. How would you increase ridership on public transportation?

Example: “I believe that increasing ridership on public transportation starts with making it more convenient for people to use transit.
