How to Write a Network Marketer Resume

Here’s how to write a resume of your own.

Write Compelling Bullet Points

Bullet points are the most important part of your resume because they’re the first thing recruiters and hiring managers will see. And they’re the best way to showcase your experience and qualifications.

So it’s crucial that you use them to your advantage. And the best way to do that is by using specific, detailed bullet points that clearly describe your responsibilities and achievements.

For example, rather than saying you “managed social media accounts,” you could say you “increased Twitter followers by 20% in 6 months by creating and distributing daily content, monitoring analytics, and collaborating with team members to develop new strategies.”

The second bullet point is much more specific and provides more detail about what exactly you did and the results of your work.

Identify and Include Relevant Keywords

When you apply for a network marketer role, your resume goes through an applicant tracking system (ATS). This software looks for certain keywords related to the job in order to determine whether you are a good fit. If your resume doesn’t include enough of the right terms, your application might not make it past the initial screening process.

The best way to make sure your resume includes all the right keywords is to read through a few job postings and take note of the terms that keep popping up. Then, work those keywords into your resume by including them in relevant sections like skills and experience. Here are some of the most commonly used keywords for network marketers:

  • Network Marketing
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Marketing
  • Digital Marketing

  • Prospecting
  • Presentation Skills
  • Leadership

Showcase Your Technical Skills

As a network marketer, you need to be proficient in a variety of software programs and systems in order to effectively do your job. These might include customer relationship management (CRM) software, social media platforms, and email marketing programs. Additionally, you should be familiar with data analysis tools, as you will need to use them to track your results and measure your success.
