4. What is your experience with fiber optics?

I understand the principles behind signal transmission over fiber optics and am comfortable working with both single mode and multi-mode fiber.”

5. Provide an example of a time you had to deal with a difficult customer.

7. What would you do if you noticed an error in the company’s network diagram?

9. Do you have experience using remote access tools?

16. How often do you perform routine maintenance on your personal computer?
