The interviewer was also very difficult to read and it was hard to tell if they were interested in what I had to say. Overall, I would not recommend applying to Novartis unless you are absolutely sure that you want to work there.

1. Why do you think you would be a good fit for Novartis?

This question is a great way for the interviewer to get an idea of your knowledge about Novartis and how you feel about working there. When answering this question, it can be helpful to mention specific aspects of Novartis that appeal to you or why you think you would fit in with their culture.

After doing some research on Novartis, I found out that they are one of the top pharmaceutical companies in the world. I am very excited to work here because I know I will learn a lot and have the opportunity to advance my career.”
