2. How do you think technology has changed the way we communicate?

This question is a great way to see how the candidate thinks about technology and its impact on society. It’s also an opportunity for you to learn more about their communication style, as they may have used different technologies in the past than those that are currently available.

Example: “I think technology has changed the way we communicate by making it easier to connect with people all over the world. I remember when I was younger, my family would go to visit relatives who lived far away, and we’d spend hours on the phone talking to them. Now, we can just send a quick text or video chat to say hello. Technology has made communicating much faster and easier.”

3. Tell me about a time when you were working on a team project and there was conflict, how did you handle it?

Teamwork is an important skill to have in the workplace, and employers ask this question to see if you can work well with others. When answering this question, it’s important to show that you are willing to compromise and communicate effectively with your team members.

Example: “In my last position as a marketing specialist, I was working on a project with two other specialists. We were all given different tasks, but we had to collaborate together to create our final product. One of my teammates didn’t want to follow directions from me or the other specialist, so they started doing their own thing.

I talked to them about how we needed to work together to get the job done, and they agreed. They still did some things differently than us, but we worked out a compromise where we could all do what we wanted while also collaborating.”

4. Do you have any experience in public relations?

This question is a great way to gauge your experience level and how you can apply it to the role. If you have public relations experience, discuss what you did in that role and if you don’t, explain why you’re interested in learning more about this field.

Example: “I’ve worked as an event planner for the past five years, which has given me plenty of experience with public relations. I’m very comfortable working with media outlets and creating press releases and announcements. In my previous position, I also helped develop social media strategies and created content for our company’s blog.”

5. Can you tell us what PEP stands for?

10. What is your experience with social media marketing?

Use your answer to explain which social media platforms you’re familiar with and the strategies you use for each one.

Example: “I’ve used all of the major social media platforms in my previous positions. I’m comfortable using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest to create content that promotes our company’s brand. In my last position, I was responsible for creating weekly posts on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. 11. How well do you work under pressure?

Employers ask this question to see if you can handle the pressure of working in a high-stakes environment. They want to know that you are able to perform well when there is little time to complete tasks and meet deadlines. In your answer, explain how you stay calm under pressure and focus on getting work done.

Example: “I am someone who thrives under pressure. I find that having a deadline helps me get my work done quickly and efficiently. When I have a lot of work to do, I make sure to prioritize what needs to be done first so I can get it out of the way. This allows me to take care of other important tasks while still meeting the deadline.”

12. Describe a situation where you dealt with a difficult customer or coworker.

This question can help the interviewer understand how you handle conflict and challenges. It can also show them your problem-solving skills, communication skills and ability to work with others.

Example: “In my previous role as a customer service representative, I had a coworker who was very negative and would often complain about our workload. 13. Are you comfortable speaking publicly?

This question is a good way to assess your public speaking skills. Public speaking can be an important part of the job, so employers want to make sure you are comfortable with it. If you have never done this before, consider asking for some training or tips on how to improve your public speaking skills.

Example: “I am definitely not as comfortable speaking publicly as I would like to be. However, I know that there are many ways to practice and get better at public speaking. In my last position, I volunteered to give presentations in front of small groups. This helped me feel more confident when giving larger presentations. I also learned that practicing beforehand helps calm my nerves.”

14. When was the last time you had to work on multiple projects simultaneously?

This question can help the interviewer determine your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. When answering this question, it can be helpful to mention a specific project you worked on while also mentioning another task that was part of your daily responsibilities at work or school.

Example: “At my current job, I am responsible for managing multiple social media accounts as well as creating content for those platforms. In addition to these duties, I also have to create blog posts and other types of content for our website. To manage all of these projects simultaneously, I use organizational tools like Trello and Google Calendar to keep track of deadlines and due dates.”

15. Would you consider yourself a creative person?

Employers ask this question to see if you have the creativity and imagination needed for a career in PEP. They want to know that you can come up with new ideas, concepts and designs. In your answer, share an example of how you used your creativity in a previous job.

Example: “I definitely consider myself creative. I’ve always been interested in art and design, so when I graduated college, I decided to pursue a degree in graphic design. Throughout my education, I learned many different techniques and skills for creating beautiful images and layouts. Now, I use these skills every day at work.”

16. If hired, how would you help PEP stay competitive in the industry?

19. Give us an example of a time when you worked with someone who wasn’t following the rules.

20. We’re looking for someone who can take initiative and make decisions without constantly having to ask for approval. Is that something you feel comfortable doing?

This question is a great way to determine how comfortable you are with making decisions and taking initiative. It’s important for employers to know that you’re capable of handling the responsibilities of this role, so it’s essential to answer honestly about your ability to take charge when necessary.
