4. What is your experience with using computer programs?

This question is a great way to determine the level of experience you have with computer programs. If you are interviewing for an entry-level position, it’s likely that your interviewer will want to know about any previous experience you have using computer programs.

If you don’t have much experience with computer programs, be honest and explain what you would do if you were given a task that required you to use a program. You can also mention that you’re open to learning new things and ask which program they use in their company.

7. If hired, how would you contribute to our company culture?

Employers ask this question to learn more about your personality and how you would fit in with their team. When answering, think of a few specific examples from your past that show your ability to work well with others and help the company achieve its goals.

Example: “I believe that teamwork is one of the most important aspects of any organization’s success. In my last role, I was part of a small team that worked together to solve problems and provide excellent customer service. 8. There will be times when we are busy and need team members to pitch in wherever they can. Would that be something you would be comfortable doing?

Example: “I am available full-time. I have been working as a customer service representative for five years now, so I know how important it is to be available when customers call in. 12. Can you tell us about a time when you worked well under pressure?

This question can help the interviewer understand how you handle stressful situations and whether or not you have experience working in a fast-paced environment. When answering this question, it can be helpful to describe a specific situation where you were able to work well under pressure and what steps you took to complete your tasks on time.

Example: “In my previous role as an administrative assistant, I was responsible for managing multiple projects at once. One day, one of my managers asked me to take over another project that they had been working on because they needed to leave early. I accepted the additional responsibility and worked through the rest of the day while also completing the other task. By the end of the day, I had completed both projects.”

13. We expect employees to maintain a professional appearance while on the job. Is this something you feel you could uphold?

Interviewers ask this question to make sure you understand the company’s expectations for employee appearance. They want to know that you will dress in a way that reflects positively on the organization and supports its brand. In your answer, explain how you plan to maintain a professional look while working at Qualfon.

15. Tell me what you know about Qualfon.

17. Tell me about a time when you were working on a project and there was conflict, how did you handle it?

18. Sometimes customers may use profanities or inappropriate language on the phone. Does that make you uncomfortable?

19. In addition to maintaining a positive attitude, we also ask that our team members show empathy in their interactions with customers. Can you give an example of a situation where you showed empathy?

This question is an opportunity to show the interviewer that you have experience interacting with customers and can empathize with their needs. When answering this question, think of a time when you helped a customer solve a problem or find what they were looking for.

Example: “In my previous role as a sales associate at a clothing store, I had a customer who was looking for a specific style of dress but couldn’t find it in our inventory. Instead of telling her we didn’t have the dress she wanted, I asked her if there was anything else she liked. She told me about another dress she saw online and I found one of our other stores had it in stock. We shipped it out to her right away so she could wear it to her event.”

20. This position requires the ability to sit for long periods of time. Is this going to be an issue for you?

This question is a way for the interviewer to assess your physical capabilities and ensure you can perform the job duties. If you have any limitations, it’s important to be honest about them so they know how you’ll handle the position.

Example: “I am used to sitting for long periods of time as part of my current role. However, I do have an issue with my back that makes prolonged sitting uncomfortable. To combat this, I take breaks every hour or two to stretch and walk around.”
