Example: “Customer service is important because it’s the first impression of Rural King for many people. I believe that if we provide great customer service, then our customers will continue to shop with us and recommend us to their friends. In my last position, I was always available to answer questions from customers and help them find exactly what they were looking for.”

3. If a cashier wasn’t following company policy we would like our management team to be able to step in and help them out. How do you think you can improve their skills while still providing good customer service?
