6. When was the last time you had a conflict with a coworker?

7. Do you have any experience with car rentals or cars in general?

17. What is your favorite part about being a customer service representative?

20. What has been your biggest challenge as a manager?

Example: “My biggest challenge as a manager has been helping my team members overcome their fear of failure.
