14. We pride ourselves in being able to deliver accurate results quickly. Can you tell us about a time when you were asked to provide information on short notice, how did you go about getting the information requested?

If you don’t have any experience with this type of work environment, you can still answer by explaining that you are willing to learn and adapt quickly.

Example: “I’ve worked in a fast-paced environment before when I was an intern at my previous company. My manager would give us assignments throughout the day, which meant we had to complete them as soon as possible. This led to me having to stay late quite often, but I enjoyed the challenge.”

16. Do you consider yourself to be detail oriented?

Detail orientation is an important skill for a Smartsheet administrator because they need to ensure that all information entered into the system is accurate. Detail orientation also helps you stay organized and ensures that your work product meets quality standards.
