TTEC Interview Process

From there, I take time to understand why they feel the way they do and offer them solutions to help resolve the issue.”

15. What kind of connections do you have with the community? How involved are you?

This question is a great way to see how you can contribute to the company’s culture. It also shows your willingness to be active in your community and help others. When answering this question, it’s important to show that you are willing to go above and beyond for others.

Example: “I am very involved with my local community. I volunteer at a food bank every other week where I sort donations and help serve meals. I also tutor children who need extra help after school.”

16. What process and planning would you do to prepare for an upcoming class you were teaching?

This question is a great way to show your ability to plan and organize. It also shows the interviewer that you are comfortable with teaching others about technology.

18. Tell me about a time that you showed integrity in the workplace

Integrity is a key trait that employers look for in their employees. They want to know that you will be honest and trustworthy when working with them. When answering this question, it’s important to show the interviewer that you are someone they can rely on.

Example: “Integrity is one of my top values as a professional. I would never lie or mislead an employer about anything. In my last job, I was asked to complete a project by a certain deadline. Unfortunately, I had some technical issues while completing the project. Instead of lying about the issue, I told my manager what happened and apologized for not meeting the deadline. My honesty helped me get another chance at completing the project.”

19. What is your biggest weakness?

20. Do you feel more comfortable in a fast-paced or a slow-paced work environment?

Your answer should show that you can adapt to different work environments, but also highlight your preference for one over the other.
