3. How do you think the workplace culture is different from a typical hospital setting?

4. What are some of your strengths and weaknesses?

5. Tell me about a time when you had to manage multiple projects at once, how did you handle it?

20. What computer programs are you familiar with?

The interviewer may ask this question to see if you have the necessary skills to complete your job duties. You can also include any other relevant experience in your answer.
