7. Describe a time where you solved a conflict between two people?

This question is a great way to show your problem-solving skills and ability to work with others. When answering this question, it can be helpful to mention how you used your communication skills to help resolve the conflict.

Example: “I once had two customers who were in an argument over their bill. One customer thought they should have been credited for more days than what was on their statement. The other customer disagreed and said that the billing cycle was correct. I listened to both sides of the story and then explained how our billing system worked. 8. Do you have any security/fire alarm installation experience?

12. Describe a time that you made a mistake and how you handled it?

14. Think of a time where your manager asked you to complete a task that you were not confident doing, how did you overcome this?

Example: “When I first started working for Verisure, my manager asked me to install a security system on a client’s property. After completing the task, I felt more confident about my abilities as an installer.”

15. Explain to me some steps you take to ensure that you meet your goals every month.

17. We look for people who are proactive and can think independently. Provide us with an example of a project you took ownership of.

Example: “When I first started working at my previous job, we had no system in place for tracking our sales leads. This meant that there was no way to know which salespeople were generating the most leads. One day, I noticed that one of our top salespeople wasn’t using their lead tracker. I asked her why she wasn’t using it and she said she didn’t have time to enter all of her leads into the system.

I decided to create an Excel spreadsheet where she could track her leads without having to input them into the system. She loved the idea and began using the spreadsheet regularly. After two weeks, I gathered all of the data from the spreadsheet and entered it into the system so we could start analyzing the data.”

18. What is something that you wished you knew before starting this job?

This question is a great way to show your interviewer that you are eager to learn and grow as an employee. You can answer this question by sharing something about the job or industry that you didn’t know before starting, but have since learned.

Example: “I wish I knew how much of a difference it makes when you greet customers with a smile. It’s amazing how many people will respond positively to a friendly face. I also wish I knew how important it was to be on time for work. In my previous position, I would often arrive late because I wasn’t aware of how serious our company took tardiness.”

19. If you could change one thing about Verisure, what would it be?

This question is a way for the interviewer to assess your problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Your answer should show that you can identify problems, analyze them and come up with solutions.

Example: “If I could change one thing about Verisure, it would be the fact that there are no cameras in some areas of the house.
