2. How comfortable are you working on the phone and handling calls from upset customers?

16. What is your favorite part about being an analyst?

19. A lot of our clients request assistance with their marketing campaigns. Would you be able to comfortably talk to them about this topic?

WNS wants to know that you can comfortably discuss marketing and advertising with their clients.
