I have always been someone who cares deeply about others, so it’s easy for me to put myself in other people’s shoes and empathize with them. Another quality I think is important is communication skills. It’s crucial to communicate effectively with doctors and nurses because they often need information from us quickly. I am very comfortable speaking up when I need something or if I see a problem.”

3. Do you have experience with Electronic Health Records software? If so, which ones?

Electronic health records (EHR) are a vital part of the healthcare industry. They allow medical professionals to access patient information quickly and efficiently, which can help them provide better care. If you have experience with EHR software, let your interviewer know what systems you’ve used in the past. If you don’t have any experience, explain that you would be willing to learn new systems if necessary.
