Cargill Interview Process

For the national account manager position, the interview was comfortable and lasted 20 minutes. The manager explained what the role would entail and asked questions about my knowledge of some tools. At the end of the interview, the manager seemed satisfied and a few days later I received a positive result.

1. What are your thoughts on the current state of the agricultural and food industry?

This question can help the interviewer get a better sense of your knowledge and opinions about the industry. It’s important to be honest in your answer, but you should also try to highlight any positive aspects of the industry that you see.

Example: “I think there are many exciting things happening in the agricultural and food industry right now. For example, I’m excited to see more people becoming aware of how their food is grown and raised. This awareness has led to an increase in demand for organic foods, which I think is great because it means farmers have more options when deciding what they want to grow.”

2. What do you think about when it comes to digital transformation in Cargill’s core business areas?

This question is a great way to show your knowledge of the company and how you can contribute to its success. When answering, it’s important to be honest about what you know and what you don’t know.
