Example: “I would be a good fit for Frontier Airlines because I’m passionate about aviation. 6. Do you have any experience working at an airport or airline?

If you don’t have any experience working at an airport or airline, you can talk about other customer service positions that required you to work quickly.

Example: “I worked as a server for five years at a local restaurant where I had to multitask between tables while also taking orders. This helped me develop my ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. In my last job, I was responsible for checking customers into their flights on time, which is similar to what I would be doing here.”

7. Are you comfortable traveling and being away from home for extended periods of time?

The company wants employees who are comfortable with travel and can adapt to different environments. Your answer should show your interest in traveling and willingness to be away from home for extended periods of time.

8. Tell us about your communication skills, what are some ways that you keep people informed?

Communication is an important skill for customer service professionals. Employers ask this question to make sure you have strong communication skills and are able to keep your team informed about company updates or changes in policies. In your answer, share a time when you had to communicate with others. Explain how you prepared for the conversation and what steps you took to ensure that everyone understood the information you shared.

Example: “I always try to be as clear and concise as possible when I’m communicating with my team members. When I need to tell someone something, I take a few moments before our conversation to think through exactly what I want to say. This helps me avoid rambling on and ensures that everyone understands the message I’m trying to convey.”

9. Give us an example of a situation where you had to prioritize different tasks. How did you decide which one was most important?

16. Give an example of how you dealt with an unhappy customer.

Frontier Airlines is a customer-focused company, so it’s important to show that you can handle customers with care and respect. When answering this question, try to give an example of how you helped the customer in a positive way.

Example: “When I worked at my previous job as a sales associate, I had a customer who was unhappy with their purchase. They were looking for a specific item but bought something else by mistake. The customer wanted a full refund, but we couldn’t offer one because they didn’t have the receipt. Instead, I offered them a discount on another product. 17. We want our ramp agents to be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Can you do this?

This question is a way for the interviewer to assess your physical capabilities. They want to make sure you can perform all of the necessary duties required by this position, and lifting 50 pounds is one of them. In your answer, explain that you have the strength and endurance to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout your shift.

Example: “Yes, I am able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during my shift. When I was in high school, I worked as a cashier at a grocery store where I had to lift heavy boxes of food items. This helped me develop the strength and endurance needed to work as a ramp agent.”

18. What type of schedule are you looking for?

Frontier Airlines is a 24-hour operation, so you may be asked about your availability. This question helps the interviewer determine if you are available to work nights and weekends. When answering this question, it’s important to show that you’re flexible but also committed to working hard.

Example: “I’m looking for a schedule where I can have some consistency in my days off. However, I am willing to work nights and weekends as needed. I understand Frontier Airlines is a 24-hour operation, so I know I will need to be flexible with my schedule.”

19. Frontiers airlines uses the STAR methodology to interview candidates. Tell us about a time you used the STAR method to solve a problem.

The STAR method is a common interview technique that employers use to assess your problem-solving skills. It stands for situation, task, action and result. In your answer, describe the steps you took to solve the issue and how it helped you achieve success.

The company’s website went down, which caused customers to call in about their orders not going through. 20. If hired, tell us what your approach would be to ensuring our flights leave on time.

Frontier Airlines is a budget airline, so it’s important that flights leave on time. The interviewer wants to know how you would approach this task and if you have any experience with similar projects in the past.

Example: “I’ve worked for several airlines where we had to ensure our flights left on time. I think the most important thing is communication between all parties involved. For example, when I was working at United Airlines, we had a flight leaving from Denver International Airport to Chicago O’Hare. We were running late because of weather conditions, but the pilot didn’t communicate that to us until after takeoff. This led to delays in other flights as well.”
