2. How would you handle a situation where a passenger becomes agitated and unruly during flight?

This question is designed to assess your conflict resolution skills and ability to remain calm under pressure. Your answer should include a specific example of how you handled this situation in the past, as well as what steps you took to resolve it.

Example: “In my previous position at PSA Airlines, I encountered a passenger who became agitated during flight due to an issue with their ticket. The passenger began yelling at me and other employees on board the plane, which made some passengers uncomfortable. 3. Do you have any experience working as a Flight Attendant?

Example: “In my last position as a customer service representative, I had a coworker who was always late for our shift. This made it difficult for us to get everything done on time because we were constantly switching tasks. After talking with them about the issue, they agreed to be more punctual. However, after a few weeks, they were still being tardy. We talked again, and they said that their car broke down and they would need to take public transportation instead of driving. They promised to arrive at least 15 minutes early from then on.”

6. What are your career goals?

This question can help the interviewer determine if you are a good fit for their company. They want to know that you have goals and aspirations, but also that you’re willing to work hard to achieve them. When answering this question, be sure to mention your career goals as well as any personal goals you may have.

Example: “I am currently working toward my pilot’s license so I can fly solo. My goal is to become a commercial airline pilot in five years. In the meantime, I would love to continue flying with PSA Airlines because of how much I enjoy it.”

7. What kind of tools do you use when inspecting aircrafts?

This question is an opportunity to show your knowledge of the tools and equipment used in this role. You can list a few that you are familiar with, but it’s important to also explain what they do and how they’re used.

Example: “I use several different kinds of tools when inspecting aircrafts. I have my own set of screwdrivers, wrenches and pliers for basic repairs. For more complex issues, I bring along a torque wrench, which measures the amount of force applied to bolts and nuts. A caliper is another tool I use to measure parts and ensure they meet specifications. Finally, I always carry a flashlight so I can see clearly while working at night.”

8. What type of training programs do you have in place at PSA?

The interviewer may ask this question to learn more about your experience with training programs and how you’ve benefited from them. If you have any formal training, be sure to mention it in your answer.

Example: “I’m a certified pilot through the Federal Aviation Administration, which I earned after completing my flight training at PSA’s training facility. 9. Are you comfortable working on airplanes that fly day and night?

This question can help the interviewer learn more about your problem-solving skills and how you react to challenges. Use examples from previous work experiences or personal life situations that highlight your ability to solve problems, communicate with others and adapt to challenging circumstances.

Example: “When I was working as a flight attendant for PSA Airlines, one of my passengers became ill during the flight. The passenger started vomiting in their seat, which caused other passengers to become nauseous. I immediately notified the pilot so they could prepare for an emergency landing. 14. What are some strengths and weaknesses you exhibit in the workplace?

This question is a common one in interviews, and it’s important to be honest. Employers want to know what you’re good at as well as areas where you can improve. When answering this question, try to focus on your strengths rather than weaknesses.

Example: “I am extremely organized and detail-oriented. I also have excellent communication skills and work well under pressure. My only weakness is that sometimes I get overwhelmed with too much information. However, I’ve learned how to manage my time better so I don’t feel stressed.”

15. Provide a scenario where you had to prioritize between multiple responsibilities.

This question can help the interviewer determine how you prioritize your time and manage multiple projects. Use examples from previous work experience to show that you are organized, efficient and able to meet deadlines.

Example: “In my current role as a customer service representative, I am responsible for answering incoming calls, emails and social media messages while also resolving issues with customers in person or over the phone. In addition to this, I have to ensure all of my paperwork is completed accurately and on time. To balance these responsibilities, I use an online scheduling tool to organize my day into blocks of time dedicated to each task. This helps me stay focused and ensures I’m meeting all of my obligations.”

16. If a plane was coming in late and there was still another flight scheduled for the same aircraft, how would you handle it?

This question is a great way to test your problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize. It also shows the interviewer how you would handle multiple tasks at once.

Example: “If I was working as a PSA Airlines flight attendant, I would first make sure that all passengers were comfortable and had everything they needed. Then, I would check with my colleagues to see if anyone could take over for me so I could help get the plane ready for its next flight. If not, I would stay on until the next scheduled flight. 17. What type of training do you provide for new employees?
