6. Tell me about a time that you were able to convince someone to change their mind.

In your answer, explain that you understand working long hours is a part of this job and will do everything you can to help the company succeed.

16. Are you comfortable talking over the intercom system on flights?

18. How would you make sure all passengers follow safety procedures during takeoff and landing?
