Example: “I would tell them not to post anything on social media that they wouldn’t want their boss or family members to see. 8. If you were hired, what would be your approach to moderating online content?

Moderating online content is a major part of the job for TELUS International moderators. The interviewer wants to know how you would approach this responsibility and ensure that your moderation practices are effective, efficient and in compliance with company policies and regulations.

10. Give an example of a conflict you’ve had with a coworker and how you resolved it.

When answering this question, it can be helpful to describe a specific situation in which you were able to resolve the conflict with your coworker and how that helped improve your relationship or work performance.

Example: “In my previous position as a customer service representative, I had a coworker who was always late for our shift. This made it difficult for me to get everything done on time because I would have to cover for them when they arrived. After talking to them about their tardiness, they explained that they had been having some personal issues that caused them to arrive late. 11. Tell us why you want to work at TELUS International.
