Novelis Interview Process

8. Do you prefer working independently or as part of a team?

If they’re looking for someone who prefers to work alone, they may want to know that you’re comfortable working independently.

In previous positions, I’ve found ways to balance both collaboration and independent work so that everyone is happy.”

9. Why are you interested in working at Novelis?

Example: “Yes, I am comfortable being held accountable for company goals. In my last position as a sales representative, I was tasked with increasing the number of leads we received each month. After analyzing our current marketing strategies, I decided to implement cold calling into our lead generation strategy. This resulted in us receiving more than double the amount of leads per month compared to previous months.”

13. What type of training do you think we should provide our employees?

This question is a great way for the interviewer to learn more about your training style and how you would implement it at Novelis. Your answer should include what type of training you think employees need, as well as what types of training you have received in the past.

Example: “I believe that all employees should receive regular safety training because it’s important to stay up-to-date on any changes or new information.
